About the Role:
We are seeking HR executives to shape and drive the people strategy for growing and dynamic organizations. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will define and execute HR policies, organizational development initiatives, and talent strategies that align with business goals. Whether in a Vice President, Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer (CPO), or Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) capacity, you will lead HR at the highest level to foster innovation, employee engagement, and a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead an enterprise-wide HR strategy that aligns with business objectives and company culture.
- Provide strategic counsel to C-level executives on workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives to support business growth.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Lead DEI, ESG, and employee engagement efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Manage HR technology, data analytics, and people insights to improve decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Serve as an advocate for employees while balancing company goals and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in an executive HR role.
- Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Proven track record in leading HR teams and scaling people operations in fast-growing or complex organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with financial and operational goals.
- Experience influencing and advising Boards of Directors, C-level leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
