Location: Remote (but access to Irvine office)
Company: Tech focus/innovation sector + ventures  
Salary: Comp likely up to $145k/yr + equity and annual profit-sharing bonus

Role Summary:

-5 years at least as HRBP in fast moving tech
- Remote, but working west coast hours (access to Irvine site if local).
- You will be handling HR (about 25%) and talent acquisition (75%) for and the 3 start-ups under this company's umbrella portfolio. These percentages are likely to change as business needs change.
- Solo team right now, but very likely will be able to bring someone onto their team very soon.
- Leadership is incredible; very down-to-earth team, you will learn a lot
- Looking for people who can adapt to new info/situations really quickly, context switch, see challenges as opportunities etc.
-This is really someone who can hustle, juggle multiple things while building, scaling and partnering so understanding this environment, founders, tech, etc will be critical
